Have you ever looked in the mirror and been disgusted with what you saw? I think we've all done that, myself included. I was browsing the internet one day and started reading this prayer where the girl was asking God for forgiveness for complaining about the way He had created her. I had never thought about the fact that when you complain about your appearance or look in the mirror and tell yourself you wished you looked different,that your complaining to God about the way He created you. The thing is God didn't make you ugly, and he didn't give you a single flaw in your appearance. God created you,right? And God is the true image of beauty. How could He create something that wasn't beautiful? He created you in beauty. He shaped and formed you into who you are. The only thing that mars that beauty is your sin.The reason you get break- outs,rashes,acne,etc. is because of sin. The sin that Jesus died for on the cross.Your sin. If you believe in him as your Lord and Savior,even though things caused by sin might make you in a way "un-beautiful", you will be truly beautiful on the inside. And in the end,that's all that really matters. :)
